Right from project billing, candidate and personnel management through to the public appearence of ALTEN – they carry out their tasks process-oriented, proactive, with strong coordinating skills and represent us as a strong company.
Their responsibilities are wide-ranging – our IT Department works closely with Facility Management to ensure that the necessary state-of-the-art equipment is made promptly available at all workplaces. Our Recruiting provides support to applicants along the route from first telephone contact to signing of an employment contract. The Human Resources Department is the point of contact for all matters relating to personnel. It not only ensures that salaries and expenses are correctly and punctually paid, but also organises internal and external training courses and provides career development support to all personnel. In the Marketing Department, the emphasis is on our image – from the design of business cards to that of fair stands and our website, while Controlling keeps an eye on our corporate statistics. It is thanks to these and other important people and departments that everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes.
