Lead Engineer (m/f/d) Hardware Electronics

Your tasks

  • As Lead Engineer (m/f/d) Hardware Electronics you manage a team of hardware engineers and project leaders in the automotive branch
  • You support your team in occurring HW-issues and coordinate task allocation
  • You define the strategic path of your team and ensure that the goals and quality targets are met
  • You promote and support innovative ideas as well as the personal and professional development of your team members

Your profile

  • You have a completed technical education (UAS/University) in Electrics, Electronics, or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in leading a team, ideally in the field of HW-development, are required
  • Knowledge about e-mobility and automotive HW development environment (e.g. Mentor, LT-spice, ISO26262, V-model) is a plus
  • You take responsibility, think holistically and have a distinct team-minded and organized personality
  • Fluent German and English skills complete your profile

 

Salary from 4.500,- € gross per month on basis 38,5 h/week with the explicit willingness to overpay depending on qualification and experience.
